Couples Photography Playa del carmen

As some of you may know, in June I had the opportunity to explore Playa del Carmen in Mexico. Playa is approximately 1 hour outside of Cancun. Oh my wordy, this will forever be one of my favorite travel destinations. If you are a person that can't handle the heat, I would highly advise against this particular location because it's a tropical paradise. You roast, you sweat, and will probably burn.

I have to admit, I was so lucky to be able to exchange a session with Al Ve Photography. His home base is in Playa Del Carmen, and his specialty is weddings, elopements and couples photography. Let me tell you what! He seriously treated my husband and I as if we were his close friends. A few things that I did not consider when going out to our session was that it was hot, like really really hot. And water is not meant to be drank from the facet. I brought only a few bottles of water, but by the time we arrived to our session they were gone.

Seriously, if every bride was treated the way we were treated, they would be so blessed. Al truly has a big heart and boy does he think ahead. He carried along with him to the session a cooler full of bottled water to share between us all. He also ensured we had safe transportation from our drop off location to our final photo session destination. I seriously could not have been more thankful to have him as our guide for the few hours we were together.

There were several times, I felt a bit out of my comfort zone since we were traveling in a foreign country. Al was quickly able to re-assure me in my concerns.

So to all you brides who are eloping, or planning a destination wedding abroad near Playa del Carmen, I would highly encourage you to check his work out at alvephoto.com

I only hope one day, I can photograph a destination wedding on the beach in Mexico!

In the meantime, please enjoy some photos from our exchanged seshhhh. xoxo
