I'm surprised that I haven't blogged about how simple and easy the booking process is! A few years back, I invested in a CMS. That's short for client management system. There are a half dozen CMS out there, but I personally jumped onto the Honeybook band wagon. If you're a creative, I have a referral code just for you: http://share.honeybook.com/christa27435. You do not have to be a photographer. If you offer services really of any type, this will make your life a whole lot easier and organized. Holy smokes folks, it has been worth the investment. As for me, Honeybook has taken my business from complete disarray into super organized on the backend. All my inquiries go directly to an app on my phone.

So here's what you'll do if you're interested in my services. You'll fill out a quick questionnaire about what type of services that you're interested in. And yes, I get your inquiring immediately. Since I am a full time working mother of two very energetic young ladies, and overseeing remote learning, sit tight while I review your inquiring. You should receive a response from me within 24 hours from completing that quick form.

Depending on the type of services you're looking for, I will send you over a brochure of my offerings. This brochure is interactive, you can click the type of services that you'd be interested in discussing further. From there, I will send over the invoice and contracts electronically for you to sign and pay. An initial payment is due in order to reserve my time. If you forget to pay the invoice right away, Honeybook will send you friendly reminders that payment is due. We all get busy and this is their way of gently nudging you in the right direction. The final payment is owed the day of the shoot. What I recommend is that you set up autopay. There is a nice little radio button on your invoice, and this makes there one less thing that you have to remember to do on the day of your session. After the initial payment is made, we'll set a date, time and location for your session if you didn't already have a specific date in mind.

After our time together, (don't think I haven't forgotten about you) I will send you over a questionnaire on how I did. This is typically after the gallery has been delivered to you. I just love to hear feedback on how I can serve you better. If you think I deserve the five stars, leave a review.
